American Football is fine, it's just that Soccer is the Worlds Sport and it is played all over the world and has a true world competition. American Football doesn't have a World Tournament, Baseballs World Series is U.S. and maybe a Canadian team. Basketball is also an Olympic sport can't recall is baseball? So at least that is played for National Pride and brings people from all over the world to one spot. I do understand some people think soccer is boring and some just don't like it, but the point is the fact that right now our Women's National team is one of the top three powerhouses in the World and yet so little attention has been payed to them, between the qualifiers and the start of the World Cup Group Stages that started on the 26th of June. Now Sunday they will try for their 3rd World Cup win!!!

Yes, good luck U.S.A. Just watching Japan / Sweden, and the Japanese are very good technicians, at the moment they are in the lead so it looks as if they will play the US in the finals. That will be a great game. Congratulations to Germany for being such a great host country. All in all I read that 20 million people tuned in, Women Soccer is gaining momentum, great news.

It looked like a pretty boring game at first, but for the US to exploit France's weak goalkeeper was exciting. France was able to keep the ball long and made good shots but kudos to Solo and a good stout American defense for keeping the game competitive. And kudos to France for keeping the game clean.

Thank you for that, and if I had a video of my reaction I would have been included in those videos lol. I really wish Soccer in general would have more of an audience in the U.S. it wasn't till the World Cup was here in the U.S in 1994 that the Men's league picked up and started to get recognition. What is sad is that the U.S. Women are in the Top 3 powerhouses in the World and so little is heard from the Women's professional league on U.S. T.v. Not to mention the have won the World Cup 2 times (1991 and 1999) and the Men's team: never
