"A federal appeals court panel on Friday delivered a sharp rebuke to the Securities and Exchange Commission by throwing out a recently approved regulation that would have made it easier for shareholders to oust corporate directors."
The result is to eliminate any form of accountability for corporate executives to shareholders.
