Geir Lippestad, who is a member of the Labour party whose youth wing (AUF) Breivik targeted, killing more than 60 during the massacre on Utøya island, said he would cease representing him if the suspect refused to agree to psychological tests.
Describing Brievik as a "very cold" person, Lippestad added: "This whole case has indicated that he is insane." He said defending the man who had confessed to carrying out the attacks was a job that had to be done to preserve the integrity of the Norwegian legal system, but did not understand why the killer had chosen him.

Scott, ITA.
Breivik was quite well-organized in designing and carrying out the plan. He obviously knew it was wrong because he didn't shoot the police but, rather, put down his weapons, thereby removing any excuse the police had to shoot him.
My concern is that someone will kill him before he is convicted and sent to prison. This would just make him a martyr.
No, I want him to go to prison. I trust the other inmates will do the right thing. Indeed, they will probably fight for the right to kill Breivik.
It was good enough for Jeffrey Dahmer. It's good enough for Anders Behring Breivik.
