    • It's Bullshit! They're always apologizing for willful actions which they characterize as "mistakes". Remember, the entire ATF and DEA are merely extensions of the military industrial complex / weapons manufacturers, along with rogue privateers, all promoting weapons sales, drug usage, drug wars and related profitable criminal activity.
