Target Africa: GMO Crop Push is Depopulation Scheme

(YouTube.com/TheFrontlineReports) – The Gates and Rockefeller Foundations are pushing a phony second ‘green revolution’ in Africa based on corporate-control of Monsanto GMO drought crops and another round of depopulation. What’s worse, the Obama Administration appointed former Monsanto-lawyer Michael R. Taylor to the FDA and to oversee a $20 billion aid program in Africa based on plans funded by Rockefeller Foundation and companies like Monsanto, Syngenta and others.

Biosafety activists in South Africa are calling a program funded by the Gates Foundation a “Trojan horse” to open the door for private agribusiness and genetically engineered (GE) seeds, including a drought-resistant corn that Monsanto hopes to have approved in the United States and abroad.

A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission says the foundation bought 500,000 shares of the stock between April and June; on Friday, the total value was $27.6 million.

[...] That changed when, four years ago, the foundation, along with the Rockefeller Foundation, created the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA), aimed at alleviating hunger by boosting farm productivity.

Via Wikipedia: On July 7, 2009, Taylor once again returned to government as “senior advisor” to the FDA Commissioner.[7] Taylor’s re-appointment to the FDA came just after Obama and the other G-8 leaders pledged $20 billion to fight hunger in Africa over the next three years. According to Paula Crossfield “President Obama is embedded in a bubble” featuring some of the fervent promoters of the biotech industry and a Green Revolution in Africa.[8] Before joining Obama’s transition team, Taylor was a Senior Fellow at the think tank Resources for the Future, where he published two documents on U.S. aid for African agriculture, both of which were funded by the Rockefeller Foundation. And on January 13, 2010, he was appointed to another newly created post at the FDA, this time as Deputy Commissioner for Foods.[9]
