Happy Birthday, Mr. President

In the beginning of 2009, President George W. Bush and his administration left the American people and the rest of the world with eight years of shitty government. His administration managed to involve the United States (and the world) in two wars, a record trade deficit, a record national debt, a global recession, a world gripped in fear and the U.S. international reputation in shambles. Those horrific years seemed a distant memory thanks to a man who had hope for his country and the world- President Obama.

    • Those days do seem a distant memory. The national debt is even higher, we are now in three wars, the recession has gotten even deeper, and our international reputation is so bad our debt may be downgraded. Who would have thought then that things could get even worse?
