Murdoch's Fox News & Organized USA Crimes - Rolling Stone

Tim Dickinson and The Rolling Stone Magazine are making sure that Rupert Murdoch, Fox News and The Wall street Journal plot to shill their crimes in the USA fail.

Dickeson writes: "Col Allan, editor of Murdoch's New York Post, crowed in 2007. "We like being pirates." Whatever veneer of integrity News Corp. may have accrued after its purchase of The Wall Street Journal the very same year masks an ingrained corporate ethos that believes integrity is for suckers. The attitude passed down from the top, says one veteran of Murdoch's tabloids, is aggressive and straightforward: "Anything we do is OK. We're News Corp. — so fuck you and fuck your mother."

    • Its amazing that until recently, only few people in the US have even heard of Rupert Murdoch the gangster who owns the Republican party.

    • Good article, thanks for posting. My personal view of this guy Murdock has been about the same all along, this new phone hacking (which is not really new) but seems to be really taking shape recently, is helping others (hopefully) to see the crook this guy is, and not just a crook, but to me, his so called "news" reporting is no better than reading National Enquirer. Well, some of it is not that bad, but soon it will be, and worse of all, is the way his "media empire" can influence our political choices, with just adding op/ed. That is frightening as heck. Anyway, Rolling Stone has always done good reporting in my view.

    • I'm sure something will shake loose eventually. It would be extremely naive to think what they've done elsewhere was not done here.
