Revolution in London? Parliament member calls for "armed forces" to police the streets & "crush" the insurrection

A member of British parliament is calling for British troops to leave the "pointless wars" in the middle east, and to come home to "Crush" the insurrection. He also says that the police are completely out numbered in an interview on Russia Today.
So what this means is that there are more people who want change through the method of rioting, than there are against it. This man is calling for armed men and woman of the military to "crush" these people, just like what we are hearing in the monarchy of Bahrain, and other countries in the same region experiencing basically the same thing. It is OK to support the middle eastern "rebels" and rioters, but not if the people are English speaking apparently. Is this not a form of revolution too?
