Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has questioned why the UN security council has failed to act on the riots taking place in and around London, saying that it is hypocritical in it's reaction to these uprisings, while the propaganda machine attacks the opposition.
Ahmadinejad has been condemned by the UN security council for his handling of uprisings in Iran back in 2009, and feels the security council is acting hypocritical for not urging the British government to listen to the demands of their people, like they have in other counties dealing with uprisings.
"The U.N. is silent. Human rights bodies are silent," Ahmadinejad said on state radio. "If one percent of this happens in countries that oppose the West, they scream until they are hoarse. Why is the Security Council silent?"
Ahmadinejad's comments are a direct jab at the west for supporting the opposition within Iran and other middle eastern countries and ignoring the opposition within their own governments. I'm sure we all remember what happened in Iran back in 2009. It was pretty horrible how Ahmadinejad handled it. People were murdered in the streets for protesting, and the opposition was crushed by Iran's armed forces.
Just last night I wrote about a member of British parliament calling for the "armed forces" to return home to "crush" the "criminal insurrection." So why is the British government ignoring the people and dismissing them as common thugs, but continue to support uprisings in other countries?

Ahmadinejad is no shining example of being one with the people.
He listens to what the people say, all right---then he slaughters them while they are peacefully protesting.
