And why is that? Because the federal government has no role in our state’s schools, Zais says in this latest of funding refusals.

You have to understand that this is happening in South Carolina, where only those not able to pass the "connect the dot" and "choose the pointy end of the pencil" IQ test for public office qualify to run (they used to use the tire gauge IQ measurement, but there were no negative numbers on the stick). Also, the connection between money and schools has not yet been established biblically.

Your neighbor to the north will be pleased to take your share. Give it to us and I promise not to make any more jokes about why birds fly upside down in SC.

Don't you know that South Carolina has it's own world class saying.
"We spend too much money on education".
With this moron his education was a waste of time and any money spent on it. - 10 months ago

I don't buy it. He just wants to keep people stupid so he can set the stage for future generations of teabaggers. Next thing he'll do is promote inbreeding.Zais is a moron.

For a state that has one of the country's worse education systems, especially for minorities, this is hypocrisy at its worse. They have school buildings that should be condemned. Anything to prevent minorities from improving their lives. This is just more class warfare. Shame! Shame! Shame!
We really need to set up a "Hall of Shame" for all the selfish, ignorant politicians.

I hope it's permanent. People have to keep being reminded about ignorant politicians. It seems these days they have short memories, or they just like to cut their noses off in spite of their faces.
