Phil Graham is one of the principle architects of the national economic meltdown that's now rippling throughout the globe right now. This fucker is a very shrewd criminal. Yuppers...dead peasants. I posted this as a comment a fews days ago on some other thread. I don't know how companies got around this except that if you're an integral member of that company by being a co-owner or the company would go under without your participation in the company.

It's been against the law for one person to take out a life insurance policy on another unless you're a spouse or parent of the insured since the days when they realized people were taking them out and then...ahem..."collecting" on the policy by nefarious means!

Do you recall the story about those two women that were having homeless men take out a policy and naming the women as "beneficiaries" and then, well, I'm sure I don't have to spell it out for you! LOL

So, what to do about this with regards a company having a "death policy"..for that's EXACTLY what it is.....is to confiscate all the proceeds, deduct what they were out of pocket for purchasing them and handing the money over to the person's survivors!

That's what I would do if I were King!.

My term would be unprintable, so I'll have to settle for "money-screwers."
