When the Rebel fighters in Libya captured the Gaddafi compound, they never dreamed of finding Muammar Gaddafi’s little scrapbook. The contents of the scrapbook had pictures of Mr. Gaddafi’s one true love-former Secretary of State- Condoleezza Rice.I was thinking if Mr. Gaddafi had written a love letter to the former Secretary of State- it would go a little something like this:
