The Right To Bare All

In San Francisco, there has been a long standing ordinance in place that gives a person the right to be nude in public (as long as that person is not aroused). For the most part, this ordinance has gone unchallenged -until now. City Supervisor Scott Wiener (you can’t make this up) presented a new bill that put some restrictions to this long standing privilege. The legislation simply states that if a person is nude that they must cover their seat before sitting down and the banning of nudity in restaurants.
