Sitting here today I feel empathy and feeling very empathetic for all victims in both cases. Thinking how our justice system has failed an innocent man who has been in prison since 1989 for a crime he never committed and always claimed his innocence. The evidence shows clearly there was no evidence to convict him from the beginning.

All the people who have claimed they saw him have now retracted their claims of the falsehood of their statements. Also claiming they were by the policemen powered influence pushed to make falsehoods of a situation and efficacious their powers forces of circumstances for law and order which would be in favor for the courts in Georgia.

There are two jury claimants now that said they wouldn’t have come back with a guilty verdict if they had all the evidence as now at that time of the trial. No D&A or weapon found all false claims just to close a case. And now because of the length of time this innocent man has spent in the courts jail no one want to admit they have made a heinous mistake with a human life so they would rather sentence him to death before admitting how wrong they were and are.,

He hasn’t had this go to the Supreme Court and it’s unlikely it will before they execute him tonight at seven pm eastern time. Jimmy Carter the Pope many people have come to ask for clemency to stop this injustice unlawful execution that unfortunately will take place.

So on one hand there is no justice but then we hear great news about the two American men in Iran for now over two years have been freed for a bailed amount of one million dollars. Well it’s very true when they say money talks and crap walks. For if perhaps if Troy Davis had money backing him and he wasn’t black in a southern state he wouldn’t be on death row and about to be executed for a crime he most definitely didn’t commit.

We hear people cheer when Governor Rick Perry is so proud of all the people he has put to death not sure of their innocence or guilt knowing our judicial system is so very flawed, how evidence can be planted or corrupted if miss handled. How sometimes just because of your status life color of skin will predict the outcome of what will be in your future because of the discrimination created by our politicians and the culture of some people known as the Tea Party Republicans.

You know there are people that will call government a Ponzi scheme well when you put to death an innocent man yes it is. Our courts are to give us a fair chance a trial of our peers with evidence not lies that we know are always to come when in the judicial system and the DA wants to run for a higher position in his career.

Well I’m very happy of the release of the American men from Iran for that also was an injustice done unto them by another country. Knowing they did this to send our country the USA a message that they can and will restrain any American they want and lie of the reasons behind it as we have tortured many immigrants from the Middle East claiming it was because they weren’t Americans quoting Dick Cheney of course.

So the lesson we learn here is killing an innocent person doesn’t give any justice to anyone nor can the family of the loss murdered feel that they can say this was for the life of that family member. Since the real person who murdered that person is still alive enjoying his/her life.

And with the Americans from Iran they now know other countries will treat us as we treat other people from any other country than the USA. What is truth to be told is do unto others as you would do to yourself. Kindness caring with thoughtfulness is always the best way of life. Always be fair never considering all as your enemy then claim they are your friend for they will for sure turn on you faster than lighting can strike you.

Practice what you preach not what you say for others just to do. If in life we all considered the consequences of our hatred discriminations greed for power to control all you will soon realize you’re going to fall you won’t prevail it’s common knowledge eventually this game of Russian roulette will expire
