    • We are receiving so many warning signs how can ANYONE with eyes, with ears, with functioning grey natter between those ears, not see what's coming down the road right towards us at a full gallop?

    • If we the people don't stop Wall Street from tearing down this nation, we'll be revisiting the events that our fathers and grandfathers lived through.

      World War Two wasn't called that until AFTER it was fought. Until then, World War One was known as the Great War. WWI followed by WWII

      Soon, unless we do SOMETHING about what we are facing today, this new Era we will be living...suffering through...will be called the Great Depression Two.

    • Could a marketing guru make a killing by selling "stop wall st" swim goggles and give them to the demonstrators to wear for the next mace blast? Or someone who sells clear plastic Halloween face masks with "occupy Wall St." on the forehead for demonstrators to wear as protection? ;-)

      The cops are using an old law on the books that says people can't be "masked". That is giving them the means by which to arrest the protesters.

      Why is it that the cops aren't siding witht the protesters? They'll keep enforcing the will of the Banksters and Wall Street investment firms until they themselves get their "pink slips"!

      But by then, it will be too late for them, us and anyone who thinks the "financial industry" And
      OUR government are setting us, the working class, up for economic failure!

      Let us hope and pray that the protesters build a fire under those that refuse to believe we are at war.

      And if you want to know which side is winning, watch who gets teargassed and carried away to jail for trying to bring attention to what Wall Street has done, is doing and will be doing to crush resistence against their plans to control this country and the rest of the world!

    • I just heard in the Lawrence O'Donnell show that all the officers in white in the protest are all lieutenants and above. So these are the commanders in charge, and apparently the cause of the pepper spray incident ! WTF!!!!!!!

    • I’m reposting this again because I think they’re trying to get rid of it. I had problems doing screen shots of this video that I didn’t with the regular speed video clip. This is the same video but in slow-mo. If you can, copy it to your system so it doesn’t disappear.

      check it out! In slow-mo, look between the 30 second mark to about the 50 second mark. You can CLEARLY see it was a coordinated effort to spray the girls. The officer in dark is closely following the officer in white that sprayed the young women. It looks like an attempt to give him cover while they do their deed. As the officer in white walks away, you can see something in his hands. The officer in dark giving him cover appears to have sergeant stripes and the other cops all SEE what’s going on and appear to look the other way.

      THEY ALL KNOW WHO DID IT! It’s shameful. Some of the officers facing the young women look shocked, so I think some of them didn’t know that it was going to happen. They did however SEE who it was. If they are decent human beings they should report it to someone. Internal affairs maybe. I don’t know. But something should be done to right this wrong!

      yes i just saw that thank you for sharing!! i am trying everything i can to get word out there lol i have also set up a forum on ProjectHug.us for those who either have or need rides, squats or showers to hook up and help each other out.. thanks for spreading the word we are all in this together!

      for a time it seemed like it was but they are still live streaming, so its all good there i am just trying to spread the link to ProjectHug.us which i have repurposed for streaming the videos, posting the youtubes and getting as much info from everywhere as possible out there. if anyone has any other sources or anything please let me know i will happilly stream it there as well

      I can see someone using a jamming device that's in close proximity to the protesters, but you'd make a LOT of people that work around there who would NOT appreciate losing their cell phone connections just to keep a few hundred protesters from making calls.

    • I am in agreement with those that are picketing Wall Street, but we'll get far more relief if we were to join forces through unions.

      That's what can change our lot in life here in America.

      Going against the Banksters is commendable, but what's the point that can be made doing that if it's not for JOBS?

      Decent wages paid to workers is the only way to ensure change to our economy.

      I know I've been posting that clip all over the intertubes for the past six months!

      Along with the one that explains despotism!

      And so many others that I have worn out two keyboards typing so forcefully and often!

      But, I do my part!

      And fire off emails, letters (hand-written), phone calls, tweets and smoke signals in Morse Code to my politicians in Ohio AND to the President of the United States of America!

      It's a wonder I haven't received "Cease and Desist" requests from all of them! I think my Representatives' staffs know my voice when I call. I believe I've heard them say, "It's HIM again!", under their breath!
