In a frightening example of how the state is tightening its grip around the free Internet, it has emerged that You Tube is complying with thousands of requests from governments to censor and remove videos that show protests and other examples of citizens simply asserting their rights, while also deleting search terms by government mandate. The latest example is You Tube’s compliance with a request from the British government to censor footage of the British Constitution Group’s Lawful Rebellion protest, during which they attempted to civilly arrest Judge Michael Peake at Birkenhead county court.
Peake was ruling on a case involving Roger Hayes, former member of UKIP, who has refused to pay council tax, both as a protest against the government’s treasonous activities in sacrificing Britain to globalist interests and as a result of Hayes clearly proving that council tax is illegal.
Hayes has embarked on an effort to legally prove that the enforced collection of council tax by government is unlawful because no contract has been agreed between the individual and the state. His argument is based on the sound legal principle that just like the council, Hayes can represent himself as a third party in court and that “Roger Hayes” is a corporation and must be treated as one in the eyes of the law.
The British government doesn’t want this kind of information going viral in the public domain because it is scared stiff of a repeat of the infamous poll tax riots of 1990, a massive tax revolt in the UK that forced the Thatcher government to scrap the poll tax altogether because of mass civil disobedience and refusal to pay.
When viewers in the UK attempt to watch videos of the protest, they are met with the message, “This content is not available in your country due to a government removal request.”
We then click through to learn that, “YouTube occasionally receives requests from governments around the world to remove content from our site, and as a result, YouTube may block specific content in order to comply with local laws in certain countries.”
You can also search by country to discover that Google, the owner of You Tube, has complied with the majority of requests from governments, particularly in the United States and the UK, not only to remove You Tube videos, but also specific web search terms and thousands of “data requests,” meaning demands for information that would reveal the true identity of a You Tube user. Google claims that the information sent to governments is “needed for legitimate criminal investigations,” but whether these “data requests” have been backed up by warrants is not divulged by the company.
“Between July 1 and Dec. 31 (2009), Google received 3,580 requests for user data from U.S. government agencies........

I agree direct democracy, for nations such as Switzerland where it works well due to a REAL literacy rate of 99% unlike the US' legal reading comprehension age level to be only that of a 12-13 year old in order to regard them as literate. How does one expect the MAJORITY of Americans, when even college educated people have NO idea how their local JUDGES GET THEIR JOBS? I'm a royalist anyway and only for these very reasons. It's not the Queen who orders BBC to censor videos... Rather, the chosen party leader acting as Prime Minister. ABSOLUTE DESPOTIC RULE seems to have left a LASTING impression in at least the form of pyramids/arts...

Time for Direct Democracy! If politicians must be in charge of the executive power, the people shall be in charge of the legislative power. Otherwise we will continue to allow politicians to abuse their powers as described above and on Wall Street.
Visit www.i-govern.org/home to participate in defining, designing, building, promoting, and implementing an online platform for Direct Democracy!
We, the People, shall no longer transfer our decision making powers into the hands of political representatives.
We, the People, shall have the right to represent ourselves and responsibly participate in shaping the future of our nations through direct democracy.

one thing I would like to point out is that by the purchasing, ownership of a mortgage on the property, technical is a contract to pay council tax to your local council. as well as this there is no where in the "constitution" that states that a judge is liable for his judgements ... so technically the civil arrest was unlawful.

I'm of the Sound Democratic Opinion that if you do not agree with the Rules of Law for the Country you live in...Move and Surrender your Passport after you apply to become a citizen/subject somewhere else that is willing to put up with your beliefs.
The Jagoff hasn't paid his Property Taxes for 3 years...and the issue is moot.
The Judge should just levy a charge of "Tax evasion" and take it to the Criminal Charge level and exit the Civil area.

It is Illegal to evade taxes
It is Illegal to attempt to "civilly arrest" a Judge for "Treason/Contempt of Court" if you are not with a Law Enforcement agency.
It is Illegal to Disrupt Court Proceedings even if you disagree with the proceedings...like
what British Constitution Group attempted to do.There are Legal things that Hayes can do. But he violated British law when he and his "group" did the above.
And UKIP is a joke....they complain that the UK government isn't spending enough money on the Right things...but then they object to paying Property Taxes?

There are taxes on income - that pays for what ? Social insurance - what's that for then? Taxes on cigarettes, alcohol, goods, business, cars, tickets, fuel, prescriptions, property transfers, death, ad nauseum. They are not enough why? Because we need to house our defense force on foreign soil and pay fortunes to bomb civilians in the guise of compassion and humanitarian ism? Or is it because there needs to be enough in the kitty for everyone to be on the make with?
In some countries (where they collect the rubbish 3 times a week not once - they charge a yearly fee - much less than £100) you are allowed to live in your own property for free! You pay for what you might use, not just pay for the privilege of being. In some countries, the less power you use, the cheaper it is, unlike here, where the poorest have a higher rate for a key to run out of!
Communism becomes totalitarianism in exactly the same way as capitalism, so no, but common sensalism might be worth a try.
What is certainly not ok - is the gang bang of corruption, greed, misery making and war mongering that hides under the guise of righteousness and logic, practically worldwide, when the FACTS on most subjects turn out to be very different to the presented propaganda.
Censorship is not ok - neither is unconsentual or kiddie porn
Prohibition doesn't work and is a hypocrisy in action.
I think most people want peace, fairness and equality. They are manipulated into supporting horror by being convinced that it is not horror, it is liberation from oppression or some other noble or necessary action. Fear and misinformation makes for bad decisions.
Rant over :)Peace.

They don't have enough money or resources anymore to plug them all up and I hope they go bankrupt trying.
Meanwhile i urge people to setup there own sites like in5d with alternative news coverage let's start writing our own news and do our own censorship by no longer watching the mainstream news lets do what you would do to any lair ignore them and isolate them. Indeed. But I think what is most telling about this article is that Google usually complies with information requests for user identities and now has a history of censoring protest footage from time to time when a government requests it.
That most make it through and are never subject to requests or censorship isn't the point, it's that as the protests spread and exponentially grow you're identity as a filmer, protester, participant, supporter, or poster may easily become part of the investigation when the protest subject is deemed a 'national security' issue.
The potential for this to become truly frightening is only one incident away......

A portion of V's televised speech from V for Vendetta:
"There are, of course, those who do not want us to speak. I suspect even now orders are being shouted into telephones and men with guns will soon be on their way. Why? Because while the truncheon may be used in lieu of conversation, words will always retain their power. Words offer the means to meaning and for those who will listen, the enunciation of truth. And the truth is, there is something terribly wrong with this country, isn't there?"

The biggest threat to those who benefit from such a system that relies on propaganda, lies, and shadow is knowledge (truth). This is why there were book burnings in the past, as well as intimidation and murder of intellectuals. Today's biggest threat to the systems the elite use to subjugate and feast off of the rest of us is of course, the Internet. This is why we should expect the Internet to come under attack even here in our "free" USA.

There will probably come a time when many of us will be “outed”. I can see it coming, so what. I have noticed “whois” requests about my website too. I’ll bet Representative Michael Grimm and Mayor Bloomberg, (two of my favorite “subjects”), know who I am already. (The can both tap into the Homeland Security apparatus any time they wish). Remember, we can always go back to old-fashioned methods of spreading the word, if we have to. If they try an outright takeover of the internet, there will definitely be a mass rebellion, particularly from our younger citizens, who have grown up with it.
Pushback begets pushback and violence begets violence, (but let’s hope it doesn’t get to that). One thing is for sure, if some political solution does not manifest itself, this frustration will air itself in another way.

I am for showing and seeing the truth.
During the - still ongoing - BP Gulf oil fiasco, I realized (though, I suppose it could have been going on for awhile) that google was willing to sell the truth to the highest bidder, when they took money from BP to mask - using tactics as mentioned in this article - many of the horrible things happening to residents of the Gulf.
To see youtube doing this at a government's request, doesn't mean the truth will be successfully hidden, but perhaps a little more difficult to seek out. Truth is leaking out all across the dam, and this is just one finger stuck in one of the many - and growing number of, and welcome, from my perspective - leaks.

There's a reason we in the United States got it down in writing to have freedom of press, freedom of speech, and freedom of expression (upheld by Supreme Court as freedom of speech) in our founding documents separating us from Great Britain.
As the FIRST stipulation of our country's Bill of Rights no less. I feel bad for the people in the UK but there's a method to our madness in the US.

Well I stopped using Google when they put that stupid black bar at the top of their web page and started using Yahoo. IF they start hindering the free flow of the PEOPLES information, and for all intent and purposes it is the digital ages ‘FREE PRESS’, then I think some other company should step up to the plate and take over if Google fails to follow the path of the ‘FREE PRESS’ in the good old USofA.

They are indeed , growing fearful of the people . In honor of the good people of Britain , i shall watch V for vendetta instead of using Google or Utube , on the 5th of November . Actually , I may do it sooner in protest .....

It's okay.... If they want to enslave the people, while letting corporations control the government... They will find the rebellion will spread, their systems will be hacked, pertinent information will be disseminated, and thick pockets of resistance exist and will grow throughout the country...
Really and people were wondering why people started buying guns in record numbers after the last election, because we won't be bound to Wall-Street shit, and debts incurred by an inept, corrupt, government.
(You know theoretically, potential is their at a higher probability than other times in history, that kind of thing...)
I'm only disappointed more people didn't see it headed this way years ago, and more adequately prepare for a system that was designed to enslave you with codependency on psychopaths...

The communications underground will be born out of this nonsense. As a people we can outfox the NSA, CIA, FBI and all who want control over freedom even though they are sworn to protect the peoples rights.
