Let Anthony Bologna be the man who officially kicked off the revolution. Let him take credit. Let his shot of mace burn eyeballs across the world. I'm convinced that's the sole reason he was placed on earth.-

I have a hard time understanding why police so readily and eagerly (and probably with enjoyment) crack down on the very people they belong to. The police are not part of the elite who benefit from such actions. In a sense they are cracking down on themselves and taking away their own freedom and that of their family and friends.
Are they just stupid alpha male robots unable to think for themselves? If that's the explanation, then fine, but if they understand what they're doing -- I mean REALLY understand what they're doing -- then I want to know what they get out of it. It's one of the things that keeps me up at night. What is wrong with them?

I hear you! I would think the police would realize they are in danger of losing their paychecks and their homes as much as anybody. They suffer from austerity measures and corporate, Wall Street greed just like the rest of us.
