He is working on his own progressive PAC and supporting other progressive candidates like Elizabeth Warren who he just endorsed against Scott Brown today. He is sitting out the elections of 2012 to pursue this and overturning Citizen's United.

No indication yet, David_H. He is writing a book, is a visting professor at Marquette and doing the PAC work, but he has been mum on his future political pursuits.
