Ventura Attends ‘Occupy’ Protest, Says Movement Cannot be Dictated by Dems or Reps

rodstradamus
Former Gov. Jesse Ventura dropped by Minneapolis to support ‘Occupy’ protesters. Ventura pointed out that the face of the movement cannot be dictated by Democrats or Republicans because both parties were “bought and paid for” – and that he never took a dime in corporate money to get elected.

    • Jesse Ventura and Bernie Sanders should be the face of our political future. Say what you want about Venturas' overly theatrical style, ( he was a pro wrestler...duh!), and you'll get no arguments from me, but his message is real, and straight forward, love it or hate it, he says what he believes. Whether I agree with it or not, I deeply admire his courage for speaking the truth of his heart, and not the artful lies that we're all so used to.
The parties have to go for the people to truly rule themselves.

    • Jesse Ventura is too full of himself! It can't be a Republican, or a Democrat, but take me i'm available. What a joke!

    • "Ventura pointed out that the face of the movement cannot be dictated by Democrats or Republicans..."

On this, I agree with Mr Ventura. Some of what he has said over the years makes my stomach churn, but on this, I agree with him.
