have caricatured Nobama as Benito Musolini. The mostly cosmetic
changes substituted for essential changes to the status quo were
never delivered as promised. I called Reagan a Fraud in his time

It's absolutely justified. A President is not a Judge, Jury, and executioner, these are the trappings of a dictator.
Aside from usurping the role of the judiciary and Constitutional separation of powers, Presidential "hits" on U.S. citizens violates the due process clause of the 5th amendment, as well as numerous provisions of the 6th amendment including a right to trial by jury. The rule of law is being destroyed.
Also once a "President" claims for himself the power to say who lives/dies and nobody says boo about it, it almost becomes a permanent feature of the Presidency. It creates an unofficial precedent.
Every president from now on will now claim an assassination power. Gee I wonder how that is going to end?
