We need to start at the ground level just like any other idea. An end goal has a beginning, middle and end. Changing the laws against and entity that controls us isn't going to be easy so we need to start small. Here are a few ideas #OccupyPhoenix has come up with.
1. Make small signs to give to local private businesses and co-ops that say something along the lines of. 'Support local businesses. Support the 99%. to learn more visit occupywallst.org' - make it personal
2. Take the mass transit in your area to the local occupation and strike up a conversation with a total stranger in regards to the location of the occupation and attempt to talk educate them. *If you have a sign for local businesses with you and they work at or own one chances are they'd be more than happy to take one and put it up.
**Another idea would be to obtain an all day pass and continually inform people as you ride. This will allow you greater access to food, water & restrooms while allowing more people to help who may not be able to get to their local occupation.
3. If you are currently at a bank switch to a credit union asap. tip: setup your credit union account first so you can find one that fits your needs and so that you can get direct deposit, bills, current mortgages / loans switched over.
Of course by no means is this a complete list so please add to it.
