Whitney Chiles, 30-year-old teacher formerly at Lima North Middle School, Ada, Ohio, has been accused of engaging in sex and smoking marijuana with a male student.
Chiles resigned her position as intervention specialist at Lima North Middle School after two Lima Senior teachers, including Chiles' husband, reported her to school officials. The male student later admitted to having sex with Chiles at her home.
A school district report sent to the Ohio Department of Education in April said Chiles’ husband, Drew Chiles, contacted Superintendent Karel Oxley on March 31 to report his wife may have engaged in “suspicious activity” with a pupil that extended beyond appropriate boundaries. later other teacher, Jeannine Jordan-Squire told that Whitney Chiles had confided in her that she had kissed, smoked marijuana with and possibly engaged in sexual intercourse with a current high school student.
