News Corporation (News Corp) shareholders will meet this Friday in Los Angeles California to determine if they should re-elect The Murdoch Family to remain on the board of directors of News Corp. Even though the family holds 40% of the company’s shares- prominent investors and advisory firms are suggesting that a vote to keep the Murdoch Family on the board will damage the brand and scare investors away.
