Believe it or not but a C.A.S.A. case worker said she saw nothing wrong with the way he beat his daughter. I will see if I can find that video. He is done in this county he will not be a judge or a lawyer here.

A case worker???? Anyone want to do this to her? Perhaps she has an emotional issue, At any rate go after her, and anyone who come to this criminals defense. It is no accident that we are coming together for this. As a country we are coming together. Doesn't matter what the issue. Many more "powers that be" are on the block. I begin to see them jump ship like the rats they are.

The C.A.S.A. case worker I believe is a friend of his. When I remember which news cast had the video I will post it

They are trying a couple of other routes to get him. They are going after his law license and trying to see that he can no longer serve in any publc law activety what so ever

They are trying to get his law license revoked and trying to get him out of public services

I would like to add her "bully mother" as well. Instead of protecting her daughter from the abuse, she *allowed* this to happen, and she was also abusive. She "enabled" her sick husband to do the horrible things he did to their daughter.

I can not understand the law those that deserve to go to jail never do. But those of us that live a some what normal life they put in jail every chance they get. for petty little things like having a herb in our pocket

He's a Texas judge, and he's going to get away with it, because the rich in Texas makes up the rules. If it was anyone else, I don't have to tell you what happened.

I'm not so sure he is going to get away with it. If the young lady was getting a disabilety then it will he will be charged with assult on a disabled child thats good for ten years

Social services is good at messing with the Iowa native american families and the likes, because they can do so. Heard about their stories in NPR. It is sad.

I don't usually agree with the eye for an eye sense of justice, but I can certainly make an exception in this case.

Some times things go wrong and a person needs to be treated as they have treated others. Both good and bad. he is a family court judge he has sent people to prison for the mistreatment of children. he has done something so bad that he can not be excused from. he needs to be put behind bars where he can be made an example of.

I will be watching for news from down in that part of the state. If he somehow beats the system on this, it will be a travesty.

i'm watching the local news now and it looks like he will walk on this. just because it happen about six or so years ago. Plus we have the GoodO'l boy system in place here.
