In A recent interview NYC's Mayor Michael Bloomberg claims the occupy wall street protesters targeting of the banks are unfair and misguided. The Mayor claims that the people to blame is the United States Congress. Umm Excuse us Mr. Mayor last time we checked THE BANKS and special interest groups run the congress and help shape policy..     • How about blame and punish both. Vote and change banks. Oh yeah, and storm City Hall the next time a billionaire changes the law on term limits and ignores the will of the NYC citizens when it suits him.
