If my parents, depression and WWII vets, were alive today they would be shaking their heads at this administration and liberalism.
Privatization is NOT destroying America. It is the government. Wake up and see the reality.

MR McGrew knows what he is talking about. He lived through the depression and saw first hand what the Republicans are trying to do, the same as in other countries while fighting for our freedoms and form of government.

While I was voting in my local election yesterday there were people in line holding their Government issued ID's and my state doesn't have any such Id to vote law. I didn't even go for my wallet let alone take it out and show it to the election workers.
Is this what we are becoming as a Nation? Are we that stupid as to believe something that has nothing to do with rights we were all born with? Are we really turning into the sheep the 1% really want us to become?
Wake up and take a stand. Vote those out who want a Fascist America.

IF this little village see's the mess thats been created ,then the rest of the country cant be far behind....hopefully!!lots of good signs in yesterdays voting,just got to keep the ball rolling..........I still DO respect my elders,and what they have to say.....BERNIE&VERNE ticket 2012

Thanks KB723...This Vet is one of Bernie's people...spoken like truly concerned American who has served his country and cares deeply about what happens to it. This is the kind of stuff that should go viral because it comes from real people not political hacks on either side of the aisle.

That's my grandpa....and I love him so....lol. I hope he'll adopt me.

Bernie is apparently the only class act in congress..he tells the truth, I can't say the same about my representation,none of whom I voted for. Tennessee, and I wont again!!!

Many thanks to Mr. McGrew. One can see it was difficult for him to speak publicly like that. Perhaps his continued courage in service to this nation will inspire others who might not like to speak in front of groups to find the strength to do just that.

America is served by sane people speaking plainly and honestly. We can't take it back from the corporations until we find our voices and take the discussion back from corporate media.

Kudos to the WW II Vet and to Bernie! I love how the WW II Vet said this affects all of us from his age on down to the people in their 20's. Well done!

They definately didn't teach him that in school in the 30's. Or did they? Seems like today things are a lot like the 30's.
