Private investigator TJ Ward said presidential hopeful Herman Cain was not lying at a news conference on Tuesday in Phoenix.
Cain denied making any sexual actions towards Sharon Bialek and vowed to take a polygraph test if necessary to prove his innocence.
Cain has not taken a polygraph but Ward said he does have software that does something better.
Ward said the $15,000 software can detect lies in people's voices.
CBS Atlanta's Mike Paluska played Cain's speech for Ward into the software and watched as it analyzed Cain's every word.
If he is hiding something this thing would have spiked way down here," said Ward. "He is being truthful, totally truthful. He is a man with integrity and he talked directly about not knowing any incident he is accused of."
The software analyzes the stress level and other factors in your voice. During the speech, when Cain denied the claims, the lie detector read "low risk." According to Ward, that means Cain is telling the truth.
During the section of Bialek's news conference where she says, "He suddenly reached over put his hand on my leg under my skirt and reached for my genitals he also grabbed my head brought it towards his crotch."
During the analysis of that section the software said "high risk statement." Ward said that means she is not telling the truth about what happened.
"I don't think she is fabricating her meetings," said Ward. But, she is fabricating what transpired."
Ward said nearly 70 law enforcement agencies nationwide use the voice software, including the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office.
Ward said the technology is a scientific measure that law enforcement use as a tool to tell when someone is lying and that it has a 95 percent success rate.
After listening to Cain's speech and analyzing it, Ward said there is no doubt, Cain is innocent.
"When he directly talks about the allegations against him there is no high risk," said Ward. "It is low risk, which tells me he is being truthful in his conversations to the public."

Please Cite an example. I Say that Cain running for president was a joke. But to his surprise (and most reasonable people) he has become a leader in some poles. It just goes to show ya that you can never underestimate the power of the media of television to control large number of people. But it time to move on. This guy coupon has expired. Newt is up next. Then Probably Ron Paul will be in the spotlight going into Iowa. It does not matter. We Are The People, We Are The Government. They are Money Making Machines. They are In Slaving The People. They are Greedy.
The End is Near.

wow, i never took you as a glass half empty kind of guy. anyway although ron paul has some good things to say it'll never happen. but if youre honest cains running for president is no more of a joke than obama was and youre right, if it hadent been for the media obama wouldnt have made the election in 2008. at least cain has some real world experience at running things. gingrich kinda creeps me out, he's too old school and most tea party folks are turned off by politics as usual.

If Mr. Obama Could have gotten everybody to sing kum ba yah and opened up the Government Check Book and invested in Education, Heath Care, Clean Renewable Energy and Transportation. The U.S. Bond Market would be different. The Economic situation would be better for a lot more people, Not just the Privileged few. But, It did not happen.
The GOP Wants to Drive Down Labor Cost and the increase Executive Pay but they need control of the military to keep the rebels from fucking up their plan of looting the treasury. AGAIN!

a free fall is a bit of an exaggeration but just like your favorite media outlet you are prone to misspeak so i wont hold it against you but you leftylibs really need to try a new tactic...A Bloomberg News poll shows Cain at 20 percent, Paul at 19 percent, Romney at 18 percent and Gingrich at 17 percent among the likely attendees with the caucuses that start the nominating contests seven weeks away. you know i support this man and couldnt care less if he propositioned tht woman. but at the end of the day most of us wont really care who replaces obama. but one thing is certain someone will in 2012

Put Cain under a real polygraph, with an unbiased and experienced interpreter and I'll believe that Cain could be telling the truth.
Polygraphs that measure just the tone and stress in a persons voice are a joke. A person can lie out their ass and a polygraph that measures the subjects voice stress will never catch it if they are comfortable telling the lie, on the other hand, if a person is stressed about the particular subject, a voice stress polygraph will flare up like crazy even if they are telling the truth.

i dont need to justify anyones candidacy. it is an american god given right. all that is required is that one is at least 35 years of age, a legal citizen ( i know its tempting but i wont go there) and have been living in the u.s. for at least 14 years. so american law justify's cains candidacy. nothing in the wording that requires being a community organizer or corrupt chicagoan with shady friends and associates or questionable alliances and close ties to a racist pastor. cain seems free of these things so even if he were found to be guilty of the same thing most normal men can be found guilty of at some point in their lives, the alleged charges seem pretty tame by comparison.

American law also justify's President Obama being president. What's the point in bringing up old news that was covered to extreme durning the 2008 campaign. Community Organizer, shady friends, racist paster. All this did not hurt Obama and won't again.
Sexual harrassment is far more disturbing. This violates a women's body. If Cain had been innocent, their would be no reason to pay off two women. The other women that came forward had no reason to lie. They knew their background would be slandered and never
received a dime from Cain. My opinion he is guilty. He will never be POTUS.You may as well except Obama will have another four years. - 6 months ago

They are using what's called, "Layered Voice Analysis". It is about as scientific as Creative Design. Under blind tests, it has scored no better than 'chance'. It is as effective as the old colander on the head and a copy machine trick. It can't measure stress, is not allowable in court and works as well as those electric shock 'Ab Machines' or laser 'Hair Growth Simulators'. Voodoo would be more accurate.

You got it! I'm alone in the wilderness of ignorance, but the best part is, I am the one and only. Everyone else is satisfied Layered Voice Analysis is 95% accurate and Herman Cain is telling the complete truth, except for me. I always wanted to be the one, and only one, and I thank you for bestowing that crown to me.
Of course, I would like to see the proxy permissions, the ones giving you the power to attain such an exalted position, which bestows upon you the right and privilege to make me the one and only. If you don't mind? Purely a formality, I'm sure. - 6 months ago

you sound just like the leftylib media you enjoy parroting. heres the reality...With just seven weeks to go before Iowa holds the first nominating contest of the GOP presidential primary, voters in the state remain ambivalent about their choices.
According to a new Bloomberg News poll, businessman Herman Cain leads the pack with 20% support among registered Republican and Republican-leaning voters, followed by Ron Paul at 19%, Mitt Romney at 18% and Newt Gingrich at 17%. The poll, which was taken Nov. 10-12. - 6 months ago
