THE STUPOR COMMITTEE

Seriously is there anyone in the Universe who actually thought that putting a group of Republicans and Democrats in a room and branding it "The Super Committee" would result in anything other than a waste of time and more of our money? The Republicans have proven time and time again that their only goal is to defeat the President and waste their time on irrelevant legislation that has nothing to do with improving living conditions, providing jobs and fixing the crumbling infrastructure while the Democrats continue to let them get away with it.

    • the Democrats continue to let them get away with it. ... This statement includes the head Democrat -- I think he was so anxious to wash his hands of this whole thing that he would have agreed to Mickey Mouse and Wiley Coyote being the 'stupor committee.'
