Net Neturality slipping Away as we READ? YES! Why isn't anyone Protesting THAT in Congress?
Net Neutrality bills are in the process in both State & Federal Houses to restrict content by the ISP's who don't want to lose revenue from their BIG BUSINESS advertisers over the VERY NEWS that made them required reading for anyone who KNEW the MEDIA had already been COMPROMISED.
Why isn't anyone mentioning this? BECAUSE. Why isn't someone like John Stewart mentioning this, because it will EAT INTO HIS ADVERTISERS as well.
If you didn't notice already, John Stewart's website forum has gone through a sea change since Occupy didn't die. NOW if you were a "production assistant" as I was, & you made mention of Occupy a few times, suddenly they are ONLY USING a new matrix that REQUIRES YOU to FRIEND THEM on FACEBOOK, you know, the one that John PUBLICALLY UNFRIENDED this year? You have to go in THROUGH Facebook in order to RE-LOG BACK into the Forum & this is being done to whom? Anyone, it seems with ties to or who seems to be working WITH Occupy.
Net neutrality is something that we should be fighting DEARLY to protect & I don't see ANYONE here even worried about it. Well you should be. Yahoo is already blocking content.
I've gone onto Yahoo, & tried to get certain really controversial articles that they've LINKED TO, & you can't get them up no matter how many times you click on them, & that "new feature" where they are HEARDING you into a "few favorite locations" instead of letting you PICK which ones you want to be in, & inevitably its FLUFF. Net Neutrality laws are being focussed on by Congress who is trying to get them passed so that the ISP's can BLOCK CONTENT FROM US. They've already GOT THE MEDIA, are you going to let them do it to us HERE? Because if you do, then BIG BROTHER HAS WON ALREADY.

Its important to me because its one of the ways that the Navy got rid of me after 23 years of service to them, and also, because I did some research & tried to give it to the Navy several times; about the need to keep 30% fat per day in the diet so that we didn't lose NEEDED cholesterol for brain function in the memory sections, receiving & sending memories uses synapsis & around the stems of these synapses are cholesterol wound strands. If you LOSE these by chemically altering the amount of cholesterol in your system, then you RISK getting early stages of Alzheimer's & other memory function.

Why would Yahoo keep us from that? because its BAD for the ADVERTISING BUSINESS. You don't want to lose ads for cholesterol medicines, you don't want to lose advertising dollars for expensive new diet drugs, You don't want to lose MONEY showcasing articles that FIGHT against the MONIED ESTABLISHMENT, which is exactly the MONIED ESTABLISHMENT that we, the 99% are FIGHTING AGAINST.

It isn't ANYWHERE in the American internet that I can find, & NO WHERE on the news last night. There was one in Yellowstone National PARK, A HUGE concern about anyone who realizes about the Caldera there & how it could go off, NOT ONE MENTION that I could find.
We are now being blocked not only on the media & the NATIONAL US MEDIA, but now they're slowly but surely blocking us from IMPORTANT information on the net. Where will it end? How many of you actually READ 1984? Not just the Clif notes version, but actually READ IT? Maybe it should be a Thanksgiving weekend project. It certainly OUGHT to be read by every American over the age of 16. EVERY SINGLE ONE. Because we've well & truely found ourselves in the situation that is in the book, & if we don't find out way out...
There will not BE a future to look forward to.
