I was reading an interesting article on the old Hormel company and how they worked things out with their employees to everyone’s benefit. You see, way back when, the owners realized that if they paid their employees well and took care of them, then their employees would have money to buy their product. Of course, fast forward to today and it isn’t your mother’s Hormel.
