Chicken feces enters a tributary of the Chesapeake Bay from an illegal run-off

Near the banks of the Pokemoke River; on the Eastern Shore of Maryland’s Chesapeake Bay there is a chicken farm. This chicken farm is operated by the Hudson Family and has been the subject of much controversy because a local environmental watchdog group has found reason to file a suit that alleges that run-off from the huge piles of uncovered Chicken feces is entering the Chesapeake via the Pokemoke River and the drainage ditch that receives this run-off as it is designed to do.
