Lucky Inner-City youth in Philadelphia were recently given the opportunity by their school district to participate in an intensive technology training and multimedia communications program called "Empowering students with Multimedia". This program allowed students to learn key essentials on how to communicate and market themselves on the web with video production skills through the use of the IPAD 2.
