The Number 1 Subliminal Problem of employment, and incarseration of americans, black people, and the most deadly form of perpetual, failure genocide of black men. Current laws prevent most blacks from driving which has lead to millions of people failing.Current laws also suspend license for non driving related inncidents, and then prevent you from getting them back by piling on anything you do wrong.A law was passed to get on a payment plan but the plan require you to have a job and 100% of the time is an unreasonable amount,to pay per month and requires you to have a job to even get on the payment plan. Men have the right to travel and take care of their families.Public transportation is unexeptable aan american cannot survive on just being able to go to work, what about other business that have to be done public transportation only allows you to take care of one to 2 things a day not acceptable to survive.
