The C.I.A. was the brain child of William J. Donovan, a Wall street lawyer. That should really tell you all you need to know about the agency. They are a Wall Street agency not a U.S. agency.
The C.I.A. is Wall Street's own special forces which are employed to protect Wall street's foreign investments. Anyone who threatens investments is bribed or assassinated. Also the C.I.A. operatives can create havoc in foreign counties to create new investment opportunities for Wall Street.
This is why C.I.A. agents are allowed to work on Wall Street WHILE they are in the C.I.A.
Most C.I.A. agents work on the side for Business Intelligence Advisers (BIA) which provides clients such as Goldmansachs with advice on "deception detection."

Just as the FBI was J. Edgar Hoover's baby...the CIA was Bush's baby....he sat as head of that organization for a long time and then later became president, followed by his son. The CIA is the corruption wing of the United States and its sole purpose is to subvert democracy and free speech all over the globe to ensure that the huge power cabals remain in power. People don't realize how "out of their hands" the whole thing has become and like the frog in the pot as it slowly heats up around him, we are all going be boiled alive.
