Here it is..I have an Idea for a Filibusterer, is it legal, during a filibuster, to bring out a giant white dry erase board and write down Your legit argument in bold text to make sure everyone can see, while the other talks, and talks, and talks, reads a cookbook, and talk nonsense. You wouldn't be technically interrupting, just subtly stating your side. and the lobbyist have the choice of reading your statement or listening to bullshit. Would the white dry erase idea work?-Thanks
