The only talking points the right wingers know are the Lies of FOX that are being fed to them by the Koch think tanks and when they speak to someone that actually knows what they are talking about they have no clue how to respond with anything other than the same old FOX LIES. If FOX were to be somehow eliminated, (Fairness Doctrine), they would be lost because Most of them can't Think for themselves.

Can't spell slaughter with out laughter.
What a great conversation.
As usual, red herrings from the conservative at every turn.
No justification for them, no evidence, no numbers, no solutions. Absolutely pitiful opinions.

I heard this discussion a week or two ago when it was on live...the guy may have had a point, but I think Thom was way too patient with him...

Nor do I...though he does give some people, like this guy, plenty of rope to hang themselves...especially when the caller is sometimes right about the effects, but way clueless about the causes...

Strangely enough, there are certainly many republicans who are clueless about both.

I'm sorry. In my opinion, it really doesn't help anyone to listen to the irreversibly ignorant rant on about that which they don't know or understand.

People on the right are just not capable of understanding complex issues.
Their minds don't function unless someone else is telling them what to think.
Doesn't matter if it makes sense or not.

Thom really did try to explain to the guy that he had poo on his shoe and was tracking it everywhere. But the guy just would not listen and he still can't figure out what stinks out there wherever he goes.

Poor Thom. He had to deal with a frickin' idiot FOX news-obot that believes the idiocy that spews out of the mouths of their so-called financial experts. They don't understand economic theory!

Good social-democracy, yes, sanity! Laissez-faire-american-style-capitalism MUST DIE! That's the bottom line. "European style" sane capitalism, yes. Bring on those wonderful Scandinavian style economies! Social-democracy, yes!

I think "Social-Democracy" is a very appropriate name for the kind of government I feel we currently have but we need more of the "Social" part, *(Healthcare and Education), to get it better balanced because right now the Balance is Way Off, which is exactly what I feel the OWS protests are about. The correct words to describe things are Very important for the truthful analysis of issues. I just wish the Right Wingers could understand that.
The conservatives want a “Capitalist-Republic”, which is what they are trying very hard to push us towards, that is more responsive to Corporations and the Rich than to the people because they all believe that Everyone can get rich just by wanting it bad enough and they definitely want it BAD and truly believe that they would be allowed into that club. LOL
