      You really need to get your facts straight Obama does not support the indifinte detention part of the bill! He used a signing statement to say that he did not support that part of the bill! So long as we are smart enough to make sure that he is re-elected and has the Democratic Majority he needs it will be repelled in 2013 after the new congress is in place. This time we need to make sure that if he get the 60 seats in the Senate that he has it more then just 3 months out of 2 years and without Bluedogs that fight against what he is tring to do like Evan Byah and the others did on the Healtcare Reform and many other areas of reforms he has tryed to enact since taking office!

    • Guilty until proven innocent runs contrary to 225 years of American
      jurisprudence. Any attempts to codify that into American law is the
      same as a hacker introducing a virus into a legitlmate program to
