The Supreme Court will soon weigh in on whether law enforcement agencies can monitor your every move without you knowing — and without a warrant. In Missouri, however, one judge isn’t waiting to find out their word.

    • This can easily be done without installation of gps device. But I was reading something interesting about how all your conversations in your car can be recorded and listened to via OnStar.

    • KB is right, a cell phone, your "Tom Tom", all kinds of things are already tracking devices.... The infrastructure is there all they have to do is tap into it, and sometimes they do...

I like to take the battery out of my cellphone just to mess with them.... Oh also, and some might not know this, if your phone has a battery, even if it's turned off, the microphone can be remotely accessed and listened to.... The only way to remedy this (should you be an activist or such) is to either remove the battery or completely block the signal..... And be on the look out for newer models with non-removable batteries or some kind of other internal power source.....

    • Many folks who have a cell phone already have a GPS device, I can't see where this will be any problem... Just another small chunk of your privacy out the window, and the SCOTUS could care less about the Privacy and Civil Liberties of folks they could really give a Good Fart about....
