New trouble is brewing at Penn State, though the school is operating within the state’s Right to Know law. ABC News has reported that the five current and former Penn State employees enmeshed in the Sandusky abuse scandal are all still on the school’s payroll.

Penn State's board has to make a decision quickly about their status. If they choose to become a public organization which currently receives $227 million in Sate funding then those records and budget are subject to the Right to Know Law in PA. I wouldn't be surprised at all if information is missing or tampered with in this case, or maybe it will all be exposed. We'll see. Good article.
