Someone murdered a child's pet, this is not what most rational people do. Most people are capable of disagreeing on the subject of politics without harming anyone. Then again you have the woman who self-mutilated and carved a B in her face in 2008, and a Congresswoman who is stepping down because of an act of insanity by Jared Lee Loughner. It has been widely publicized and from reading the majority of the comments here, people seem to be reacting to the cruelty. To me it speaks more to the state of mind of the person or persons who did this then a tool for political purposes. Either way the family has lost a beloved pet.
