They can ask her whatever they want, but she can also invoke her 5th amendment rights regardless of the status of her immunity--Until a judge says otherwise, she does have the right to remain silent.

I thought they said there were reports of that, KB. I wasn't sure that was verified, is why I didn't comment on that, too. But if they know where she got drunk, and are certain, it gets even more insane. Then she is claiming anytime she goes to a bar and gets drunk, it's a legislative event, it seems.
