I wish I had a video of a dog I had named Molly. My little sister taught Molly how to grin every time you said "Show me your grill!"

That's really funny, but also sad since that's neurotic behavior and it's likely to get worse because most people would see it as cute, playful or funny enough to encourage.

Aww...Almibry, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Very kind of you to be so concerned about this, and you do bring up a good point that he's really wound up/neurotic, and I apologize that offended you in any way from those of us giggling and laughing at him, because he did appear so playful, and he *looked* happy.

I truly hope he doesn't get worse, and that he is loved unconditionally and cared for by a forever family.

You didn't offend me. I laughed too, at first, but when I saw that he was running around in circles I recognized that kind of behavior as something dogs do when they don't get enough exercise and when they don't have any rules to follow. All dogs tend to get neurotic when they have too much energy and not enough walks, especially the more powerful breeds. It's made worse by an owner who can't/won't say "No" and mean it.
I also noticed the owner wasn't giving the dog permission to use the slide; watching it again I can see that the owner is actually looking to the dog for instruction (you can see that the dog goes to the top of the slide then looks at the owner until he/she directs the water back to the slide). That's a bit worrisome because the dog could easily drown someone doing that and at least where the pool is concerned, the human is not in control.
I always feel bad for dogs like this because I've grown up with a truly obscene number of pets (dogs, cats, birds, lizards, squirrels, fish, etc.) and I've learned that a good pet owner doesn't have neurotic pets because in nature animals don't get neurotic. That's something only a human can share.

I love cats. i wish I could pet one of the big ones.
