s counting crows and said they have a problem with them. Apparently there over 30,000 black crows flying across the city. They say the birds aren’t necessarily the problem, but the droppings are.This “poopie” problem sparked city council to spend $24,000 on the problem and some people aren’t happy with that decision. Council voted to hire folks from the U.S. Department of Agricultural to use non-lethal methods in attempt to scare the crows away.But, resident Jay Schreiber said he enjoys the crows and started a facebook page to protest the decision.
