i have heard of these things before...the local police got a flyer recently stating that ICP gangs were killing people. The information was twenty years old and the officer quoting the flyer had no idea how out of date and inflammatory it was; "ICP kill their parents" yes, she said that to me. I tried my best not to laugh in her face. My poor 13 year old is now more cynical than ever...probably do her good in the long run....she couldn't believe they thought that of her....after praising her for how smart she is....blah blah blah....
