I doubt there's a single president (except, perhaps Washington) who hasn't had a picture drawn of him trampling (or otherwise defiling) the Constitution.

I think it would have been a better rendition if it showed Bush pissing on it and Obama taking a large dump!

Hate to say it, but considering the Patriot Act was resigned into law, and then the most recent law which gives the military means for them to detain us indefinitely, and subvert due-process of the law. The painting is accurate.

It is accurate only to those who know the constitution as well as they know the bible---AFR, Republic Syndicate, CPAC, AFC, AIM, Koch Automatons.

So far, the most frustrating thing about this election year has been the amount of Obamabots who, in their blind support of our Goldman-Sachs sponsored president, continue to take part in the delusional left-right paradigm they so easily keep We the People divided with while continuing to nail the final nails into the coffin of the Great Experiment. I share no more empathy for my fellow Americans who choose to remain willfully ignorant as self-appointed guardians of the status-quo. You have the government and socioeconomic system you deserve to have.

If a grown man fools a child, who is to blame?
The people in general cannot be blamed entirely for their own ignorance. Those who remain ignorant are not doing so in light of the whole truth. There is a huge effort by those in power to keep everyone ignorant, and they are experts at manipulating people. From my experience, only those with above average intelligence and the will to learn the truth are able to overcome this brainwashing (for lack of a better word). I do not think that anybody deserves the government and socioeconomic system that we have. I do have sympathy for the ignorant. Well some of them anyway. I do not have sympathy for those who are susceptible to hatred and discrimination. Ignorance is the default human position.

Pretty accurate.... If you'll look beyond the "Bush did, Bush did..." commentary (which is accurate to an extent) Obama has continued down the same path, even escalating unconstitutional acts and revisions...
Everything from the NDAA, to immediately selling Israel bunker busters that even Bush wouldn't sell to Israel, because it was really just to intimidate Iran with...
Obama on a few counts has made Bush's authoritarian destructive policies look weak.....

Yeah I'm pretty depressed, the "founders" of this great nation grew hemp, and some quite regularly smoked cannabis...
But we've had how many years of drug-war insanity, and the consequences to the hemp industry.... Horrible...
And I don't want to hear about the last 10 presidents who can't change it at this point....

I deal in art for a living and that's some pretty bad art! Aside from the aesthetics, we've got zombie presidents and the zombie Madison looks like he's getting ready to grab Obama's ass. wtf?

I think the right wing republicans have done more to destroy the constitution than Obama could. Obama is trying to change the world for the better. His oposition is trying to turn america into a theocracy

Come on. If the Bushes are part of the painting entreating Obama not to step on the Constitution (regardless of how accurate that is) this painting is erroneous.

It looks like Bush is closer to the group applauding and doesn't seem to care what's happens to the Constitution, which reflects the lack of deference and respect he gave it during his presidency.
Bush's arms are crossed and he is posed in practically the same manner as Obama and he is standing right behind Obama, indicating that he was also stomping on the Constitution when he was president; the same way Obama is now.

man that picture has alota white folks in it. side comment. i just saw a speech where santorum was talking about how obama was 'selling us down the river.' Is he aware of where that phrase came from?!? pre-1864 when it was legal for humans to own other humans, the misbehaving human slaves were transported further south where conditions were even more difficult. The 'owners' of these other humans would encourage them to behave by threatening them to 'sell them down river.'

Sadly, with Obama's signing of the NDAA and indefinite detention, appointing nominees without approval of the Senate, unilaterally declaring war on Libya without Congress, taxpayer funded bailouts of his Wall Street/Goldman Sachs buddies, and his gleeful and continuous renewal of the Patriot Act; I think Obama wiping his ass with the Constitution, and throwing it on the ground and using it to clean off the dog shit he stepped in, would be a better depiction of the reality.

Absolutely. Those voting you down are denying the plain truth. Either they are subconsciously choosing what they wish to believe or they are victims of the establishment propaganda. I used to support Obama. I'd like to think that Obama is really trying to be a good guy, but I don't base my knowledge on what I wish. I look to reality.
