FOX Anchor Loses Show For Covering NDAA & Occupy Too Much?!

FOX Anchor Loses Show For Covering NDAA & Occupy Too Much?!

This is breaking news. More information will be added in subsequent videos as it becomes available. Journalist David Seaman calls for a nationwide boycott against News Corporation, FOX News, and FOX Business Network for canceling Judge Andrew Napolitano's prime-time show, "Freedom Watch."

Judge Napolitano was one of the few mainstream television anchors covering NDAA, economic unrest, and political corruption. The cancellation of his show is a major blow to liberty, and the final nail in the coffin of our bought and sold press. He's one of the TRULY good ones, even though we don't always agree with his libertarian take on things.

Disobedience is civil. Disobedience is called for. Cancel FOX News and FOX Business on your cable or satellite package.

Considering "MOST" so called News Organizations these days are bought and paid for by Corporations I would say they are about as worthy of the title of News Channel as the rest. When was the last time you saw a news story on the Israeli Palestinian problem from the prospective of the Palestinians? C-SPAN & Free Speech TV do not count.

    • The Judge is the only one on any channel that spoke truth to justice. The only one that spoke to civil liberties and personal freedom. I guess we are supposed to be sheep voting for whatever media driven candidate they want. It is time for revolution when free people speaking for personal liberty and The Constitution are silenced!

Why would you? You think the government should run your life. You think it should be up to the government how I live or where I go, what I do, who I know, what I spend my money I worked for on, you do not believe in personal liberty, I wouldn't expect you too.

    • JohnA:

I don't know what kind of a life you have, JohnA, but I do what I want when I want, go where I want when I want, and enjoy the things I enjoy when I want to enjoy them. No government is preventing me from doing so. No government is holding me back. Did you ever consider that you might worry too much, or that maybe you're doing something wrong that you have alll these phobias about the government? If the government is screwing up my life John, I am unaware of it. Believe me , if something was preventing me from enjoying my life, I would be bitching about it. I'm very independent and don't like anyone or anything telling me what to do, and nobody or no government is. What most people don't realize is that the government really doesn't give a shit about you. You pay your taxes, abide by the laws, and as long as you don't try to fly planes into the White House, they don't give a shit whether you live or die. If you want to take advantage of the various government programs available to you, you fill out the forms, and if you qualify you receive your benefits. You don't want those benefits, don't apply for them. They don't care . The government doesn't give a shit.
If anyone should be complaining about anything it should be me, becuase you have all kinds of advantages in this life because you are straight that I don't have, and never will because I won't live long enough to see the changes that still need to be made. I pay a greater percentage of income tax than you do because you can file jointly and I can't. I paid school taxes all my life to send other people's kids to school when my daughter went to private schools. Did I expect the government to help me ? No, because that was our decision. The government is a bigger obstacle in my life by virtue of what it doesn't do for me,that it does do for you. But you're the one complaining? Life can't possibly be that much different in Mississippi than it is in Pennsylvania and New York were we live... it just can't be.

    • Judge Napolitano was a douche bag libertarian and an ignorant old blowhard. They should have fired him years ago.
Indeed, they should fire everyone that works for FOX. I never watch that shit anyway - I'd rather smoke crack than subject myself to FOX

    • Just a question. Where was Judge Napolitano's mouth during the Bush administration? Oh yeah, he was part of the FOX and Friends team walking the Bush party line. The only reason he is speaking out now is because there is a Democrat in the WH.

But he never said it until Bush/Cheney were out of office. Too little, too late. He was a Bush/Cheney cheerleader while they were in office. Now he knows what he says will never come back on them, so it results in a big "So What?". He's after Obama and now he suddenly has a voice of reason. He's a media whore.

She said and I quote "I said show me a clip or 2 from "FOX" news to prove your point." DONE! The "PROOF" of indictable crimes did not come to light until the end of W's last term. Judges deal in evidence and facts not hunches and desires. I mean were it LEGALLY possible the Judge would have IMPEACHED W. and Gang the moment he put his John Hancock on the Patriot Act.

I mean if being a Douche Bag in and of it's self was an indictable crime Obiummer would be on Death Row. This person is a BOLD face lyer to keep insisting that the Judge was some Cheerleader for Bush while he was in office. I think had you done more than watch outtakes and blooper reels you would KNOW this!

He never said it untill Bush was OUT of office, when it no longer mattered. Keep equating Obama with that vile POS and keep making yourself look ridiculous in rational people eyes with your sophmoric Obummer bashing, if you think it will make you seem cool to the " I'm a free thinker because I hate everyone equally" crowd. But I'm not impressed and neither are many others.

And that wouldn't be me. So what's your point? I've been calling Obama out while he's been in office just like I did when Bush was in office if you haven't noticed. I don't care if it's a D or R after the name if what they do is wrong.

Andrew Paolo Napolitano (born June 6, 1950) is a former New Jersey Superior Court Judge and now a political and legal analyst for Fox News Channel. Napolitano started on the channel in 1998, and currently serves as the network's senior judicial analyst, commenting on legal news and trials. He also hosted the talk show Freedom Watch on Fox Business Channel, until it was cancelled on February 9, 2012.

Early life, judicial and academic careerNapolitano was born in Newark, New Jersey. He is a graduate of Princeton University (he was a founding member of the Concerned Alumni of Princeton[1]) and Notre Dame Law School. Napolitano sat on the New Jersey bench from 1987 to 1995, becoming the state's youngest then-sitting Superior Court judge. He also served as an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University School of Law for 11 years. Napolitano resigned his judgeship in 1995 to pursue his writing and television career.

[edit] Media careerPrior to joining Fox as a news analyst, Napolitano was the presiding judge on the television show, Power of Attorney, in which people brought small-claims disputes to a televised courtroom. Differing from similar formats, the plaintiffs and defendants were represented "pro bono" by famous attorneys. The show ran in syndication during the 2000–2001 season.

From 2006 to 2010, Napolitano co-hosted a talk radio show on Fox News Radio with Brian Kilmeade titled Brian and the Judge.

Napolitano hosted a libertarian talk show called Freedom Watch that aired daily, with new episodes on weekdays, on Fox Business Channel.[2] Frequent guests on Freedom Watch where Congressman Ron Paul, economist Peter Schiff, and Lew Rockwell. Napolitano has called himself the "Ayn Rand of Fox News" and has also promoted the works of Friedrich Hayek, Milton Friedman and Ludwig von Mises on his program. The show originally aired once a week on Wednesdays at 2:00 pm on Fox News' Strategy Room. On September 14, 2009 it became a show that airs three to four times a week. On June 12, 2010 it debuted as a weekly show on Fox Business.

Napolitano regularly substituted for television host Glenn Beck when Beck was absent from his program. After Beck announced he would be leaving Fox News, he asked Napolitano to replace him.

Yeah as a judicial analyst, in which they bring you in for about 30 seconds only for the purpose of talking about a specific ongoing case.

His actual show where he could talk about what he wanted to didn't start until 2009. And on that note here is Judge Napolitano grilling Bush's Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld. Asking him directly "Did Saddam Get WMDs From You?"

"Freedom Watch was a television show hosted by Judge Andrew Napolitano, on Fox Business network. The show aired from 2009 to 2012, focusing mainly on libertarian-Conservative issues and perspectives."

Yeah He didn't have a Television show until 2009, well after the Bush years.

Napolitano certainly wasn't the worst of the lot over on the freak channel but he fit in well with the rabid right. He was kind of like Ron Paul only without the looks, charm, integrity, and sense of style. I will fondly remember him as a hissing werewolf troll with an annoying speech impediment. Tough to find a replacement. Maybe get one of the attractive wind-up cheerleading Fox blonds of whom I cannot tell one from another.

    • Fox news has no shame, no integrity, and no viable voice in the political arena. They are a joke, they pander to the most gullible element of society, and haven't figured out yet that they are quickly joining the ranks of Jerry Springer.

"There is a sucker born every minute
Each time the second hand sweeps to the top
      Like dandelions up they pop,
Their ears so big, their eyes so wide.
And though I feed ‘em bonafide
baloney with no truth in it
Why you can bet I’ll find some rube
      to buy my corn."
