Its day two of CPAC where cream of the crop Conservatives gather for their annual convention in Washington, DC. But outside the convention walls, another event went down. "Occupy CPAC" protesters demonstrated against the very ideas being preached at the Conservative event. RT's Liz Wahl takes you inside CPAC and speaks to protesters on the outside.
