Candidates are cute at that age. They believe that they know the system better than the framers of the constitution, then call the appointed officials spelled out in the constitution "tyrannical". But they believe it's okay to do something like, "overturn" a judgement on a whim just because they're president, not realizing that such a power would make off-set the balance and thus make them a tyrant.

The most dangerous part about this whole scenario, is the people who believe him.

The old rule of thumb for lawyers is, "If the facts are favorable to your case, argue the facts. If the law is favorable, argue the law." If neither are favorable you have to do a song and dance and try to charm the jury.
The GOP have neither the facts nor the law and they can't dance or sing so it appears that Santorum (and previously Gingrich) propose to just burn down the courthouse.

I'm sure that Santorum knows that presidents can't overturn Supreme Court decisions. He's just pandering to people idiotic enough to vote for him, that's all.

I am so happy Santorum is leading the Republican pack. In their hearts they know he's right. And in our hearts we know we're going to kick his ass around the block in November and most likely get rid of the Tea Party "Patriots" in Congress as well, if he heads the ticket.

Their only other choice is a leveraged buy out artist. Things are looking up. Now, all Obama has to do is remember who brought him to the dance and act accordingly.

As the GOP edges closer to their convention, each one of the candidates left standing look less presidential by the day. Santorum especially is down to throwing anything against the wall to see if it will stick to prove his bonafide conservatism over the pretender Romney. Leaders like that, (King Santorum), are the reason that we went to war with England because they impose their rule without allowing representation for the American people, yet they claim to support the Founders vision for our country. They even try to re-write history and claim that the war for Independence was to *Eliminate Taxes* *(Just ask any Paul supporter). But anyone that actually knows the true history knows that the “Boston Tea Party” was Not about “Eliminating All Taxes”, it was about “Taxation WITHOUT REPRESENTATION”!

In Santorum's mind the Constitution only applies if you are 'straight' and a 'man'. He might have also said and 'white'.
