This looks to be a stealth circumvention of constitutional rights regarding due process. The vagueness of the term "acts of terror" make it all the more uncertain as to just who would be considered a terrorist under this act, especially considering current events regarding OWS, environmentalism, etc. Hopefully this won't go far. Those in Congress who wrote this should be voted out of office.

Why don't you read the text of H.R. 3166 before you make a jackass out of yourself?

Hell, since this no longer resembles the Country I was born in, I'd gladly go to ...um...France, Canada, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Sweden, etc.etc.etc., if they would have me. :)

"As for that "cool guy", I don't find racism, misogyny, anti-semitism and homophobia disguised in the form of political discourse "cool."
Cool, let's see how many new names you can think of calling me!

Oh don't worry Obama would never use NDAA against U.S. Citizens! He will strip your citizenship before locking you up and tossing the key!

"{Congress is considering HR 3166 and S. 1698 also known as the Enemy Expatriation Act, sponsored by Joe Lieberman (I-CT) and Charles Dent (R-PA). This bill would give the US government the power to strip Americans of their citizenship without being convicted of being “hostile” against the United States. In other words, you can be stripped of your nationality for “engaging in, or purposefully and materially supporting, hostilities against the United States."
OK so how does this get Obama thrown in the mix, don't you think you are a bit premature? Why not see what actually gets passed and if it is signed before we convict the president.

Well. These 2 Joe Lieberman (I-CT) and Charles Dent (R-PA) is a good place to start. The question is, do we have legal grounds? There are crazy proposals all the time. I'm not sure that proposing an unconstitutional piece of legislation is illegal. Do you know?

To punish the crimes of a few, these brain dead Congressmen choose to enact laws that would punish any and all Americans whose views, acts or words of that moment, they may not like or disagree with. How, did such ignorant people ever make it to Congress? Any Congressman that would propose or support such an attack upon the Bill of Rights should be stripped of their citizenship and tried for treason and legislative malfeasance!
