Those people "harassing" him, are his bosses, and they are not happy with the job he and the rest of the Koch puppets are doing.

As Leen reminded us, he is the husband of WI Lt Gov who is also being recalled.
Maybe the Kochs don't pay pols who get caught doing bad things like, or voting for other reps who aren't in chamber. Maybe the gravy train stops when the wife gets tossed out of office?
The man is just not suited for the job of legislator in a democracy. WI voters are not all sheep and he seems annoyed by that fact.

Bullies don't like it when people talk back to them.
He is a 'public servant' and if the public has some harsh words, that is their right! If he doesn't like that and considers their freedom of speech to create a hostile work place for him, he has a couple of choices:
Stop being a jerk and puppet and represent THE PEOPLE
or
flip burgers.
